EXPERIENCE THE EXHIBITION ABOUT PEOPLE AND THE FJORD

GET CLOSER TO YOUR HISTORY

DISCOVER THE HISTORY OF THE FJORD LANDSCAPE

Visit Færgegården and experience life by the fjord from ancient times to the present day.

In the museum’s exhibition and through the many events held throughout the year, you can explore the ways of life and traditions that have been closely connected to life by the fjord over time.

The museum’s beautiful garden is an ideal place for a family picnic. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the museum shop or explore the nature trail and the prehistoric settlement. The garden is freely accessible, regardless of whether the museum is open.
